Gifford’s Ice Cream is a family owned and operated company located in Skowhegan, Maine––the heart of Maine farm country. With over 100 years and five generations in the dairy business, we still use original family recipes that have been passed down from our grandparents. We still craft our extra creamy ice cream with the finest ingredients, including fresh milk and cream from local Maine dairy farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones. We still think a visit to the ice cream stand is the best way to spend a summer’s evening.
