More than a business
For all of us at Gifford’s, making ice cream is more than just our business…it’s our passion. It’s been that way for five generations. Milk, cream, ice cream––it’s all we have ever done. Our mom, Audrey Gifford, got her first start in an ice cream stand at age 12 and our dad, Randall, made Saturday deliveries with a local milkman as a young boy. Young and old alike, Gifford’s family members have always worked at our ice cream stands and in other parts of the family business.

You might say we have ice cream running in our veins! More likely, it’s just the values we have all grown up with: old-fashioned know-how, family dedication and plain old hard work... and, oh yes, a passion for making the very best ice cream available anywhere.
